The Jersey Wooly
The Jersey Wooly is a cross between a French Angora and a netherland dwarf. Basically they bred this breeds together to get a much smaller and easier to take care of "angora". But Jersey Wooly coat are much easier to take care of then Angoras. Jersey Woolies are a very low maintence breed, only needs brushing once in awhile.(dependz on texture of coat)
Jersey Woolies were introduced and passed on the ARBA tables by Bonnie Seeley. This is a very new breed,but is coming very popular over time due to the reconizition of the sweetness and good temperment, also easy care for coat that are found in this beautiful breed. This breed is highly reccomended for people who want a cute & fluffy, but low maintence pet. Low maintence plus the smallness make this breed all the better for families.
The Jersey Wooly is a small sweet breed weighing no more than 3.08 lbs. The ideal weight is 3 lbs. But i've had Seniors that weighed much smaller. It depends on the woolies type/width/bone/and age.They are soooo sweet, I HIGHLY reccomend them for children of all ages. Jersey Woolies are kind and patient and totally easy to control. Rarely bite, very good temperments. Hardly any ever flip out like some other breeds tend to. Good behaved showmanship bunnies. Easily bred and they are good mothers. Litters ranging 1-9(normally non-dwarf does produce high numbers). But on average, most have 2-6. It depends on the does gene and whether they've got the dwarf gene. I'm very proud of all my woolies. I'm as honest as i can be to customers, I will tell you if the rabbit is for showmanship. My rabbits go through a variety of tests to see if they're able to be showmanship bunnies. Pics on bottom of woolies

P.S. if you ever buy a rabbit of any sort, please buy from a breeder, often rabbits in pet stores are often sick with highly contagious, deadly diseases. I know this by stopping and looking at rabbits in a pet shop. It makes me sick thinking about the torture and how the store owners dont realize how sick they really were.
